Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals for two exciting openingsone dedicated to Early Intervention (an 11-month assignment), and another serving K-12 students. Both arefull-time roles, running from August 10, 2026, through June 17, 2027.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license issued by the state of Maryland
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric physical therapy setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations
  • Ability to adapt plans to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students requiring physical therapy services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support students IEP goals
  • Document evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to ensure supportive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for students educational planning
