Location: Sanders, AZ Assignment Type: K-12 School-Based Contract Start Date: ASAP End Date: May 22, 2026 Schedule: Approximately 12 hours per month, 2 days per month (6 hours/day)

This position offers the opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting, supporting students with diverse motor and mobility needs. The role requires a licensed Physical Therapist dedicated to helping young learners develop gross motor skills, improve movement and mobility, and receive adaptive positioning support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate closely with school staff and educators to integrate therapeutic goals with educational plans
• Serve a caseload of approximately 58 students across K12 grade levels
• Deliver services through a caseload-based model within a supportive school environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapy License
• Current and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working in school-based physical therapy is preferred
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
• Ability to conduct assessments and monitor student progress systematically
