Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Current Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptive to changing needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and student-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine physical therapy needs within an educational framework.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines.
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation of progress and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding strategies for continued development.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise to goal setting.
