Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with families, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with strong time-management capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments for students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to support student mobility, participation, and access to the curriculum
• Collaborate closely with educational staff and caregivers to maximize student progress
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students educational planning
