Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, students, and families
• Passion for improving student mobility, independence, and participation in school activities

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals for K-12 students
• Implement evidence-based PT interventions during scheduled hours: part-time, three days weekly, 8:00am1:00pm
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff to foster accessibility and support students functional abilities
