Key Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred

Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to meet students mobility, motor skill, and functional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other providers to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
- Contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings as needed
- Support inclusive educational environments and student access to curriculum
