A contract position is available for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide specialized services within a K-12 school setting in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on delivering school-based physical therapy to support student health and mobility needs throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist License required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: 30.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Age Group: K-12 students
Contract Duration: School Year (NSY)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students with documented needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
• Conduct assessments and document progress in compliance with school policies
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding student physical therapy needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and conferences
