Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions to students with a diverse range of abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student outcomes
• Offer consultative support and training to school staff on mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to student success
