Schedule

• Start Date: August 10, 2026
• End Date: June 17, 2027
• Hours: Full-Time

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to students with various disabilities and developmental needs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Support students in improving mobility, access to educational environments, and functional independence

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist License
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
