• Evaluate students motor abilities through formal and informal assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to address each childs unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students participation in school activities
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer consultation and training to school staff regarding physical accommodations and safe mobility strategies
• Promote a positive, encouraging atmosphere that celebrates every students progress
