Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation skills for IEPs and student progress reports
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable adapting to diverse student needs and learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical capabilities as related to educational goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff on student progress
• Provide direct therapy services, as well as consultative support and training to school staff
• Maintain timely and accurate records of services and student progress
• Foster an inclusive and accessible learning environment that supports every childs success
