Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Understanding of IEP procedures and familiarity with developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for a wide range of developmental and physical needs

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services within the school environment, addressing student mobility, motor skills, strength, and functional independence
• Monitor and document student progress, updating treatment goals as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and collaborating to support student goals
• Educate teachers and families on recommended activities and strategies that support student progress both at school and at home
