Key Qualifications:

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children or in a pediatric/school setting strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP goal development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with students, staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to students as specified in their IEPs
  • Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs to enhance students mobility and physical functioning
  • Work collaboratively with educators and other related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
