Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to help students achieve their mobility goals within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators and other support staff to facilitate student participation in classroom activities
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications as needed
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and comply with all required documentation for compliance and reporting
• Serve as a resource for families and staff regarding mobility strategies and interventions
• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and reviews related to student care
