Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Ohio physical therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric caseload strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (educators, parents, related service providers)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Adaptability to varying caseloads and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students to determine needs and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver targeted therapy to help students achieve functional mobility, participate safely, and access the school curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete required reports
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Educate students, families, and staff on safe mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment
• Travel between school sites as needed within the designated area
