• Current, active NY Physical Therapist license
• Professional experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to collaborate closely with educational staff, students, and families
• Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to diverse caseload needs and school environments

Your role will include:

• Delivering high-quality physical therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needs
• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress
• Working onsite to ensure students receive timely and effective interventions in accordance with their IEPs
• Participating in team meetings, providing documentation, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
• Educating school personnel and family members regarding therapy goals and strategies for generalization
