Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Experience working with pediatric populations or in school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Communicate progress, concerns, and goals with families and educational staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support holistic educational planning
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school and state regulations
