Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• California licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy preferred
• Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds and with varying physical needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills for timely documentation and case management
• Commitment to individualized, student-centered care plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct PT interventions to help students improve mobility, independence, and classroom participation
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into students educational programs
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress updates
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-focused team culture
• Adapt techniques and equipment to meet unique student needs
