Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Current and valid Louisiana physical therapist license
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students physical and functional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative services in a variety of school environments
• Educate and advise families, educators, and other related staff on therapeutic techniques to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and federal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
