Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
• Experience supporting K-12 students is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with school-based therapy practices and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students mobility, motor skills, and functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to ensure students goals are met
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress according to school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student success

Role Details:

• Work 15 hours per week across 2 days
• Support students within a welcoming, team-oriented school community
