What You Bring:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Minnesota
  • Previous school-based experience or passion for working with children and adolescents
  • Familiarity with a range of physical disabilities and adaptive strategies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites
  • Flexibility and reliability in a contract placement

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students physical therapy needs and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
  • Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress reports
  • Consult with educational teams to provide expertise on accommodations, equipment, and safety ideas
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed
