Job Description

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license is required
  • Background providing PT services in educational settings, especially with K-12 students

  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students and develop goals tailored to their unique needs
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions during the school day
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student access to educational opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to supportive learning environments
