Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Previous experience as a PT in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and related documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic school environments
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse student caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for students with varying needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goals and progress reports
• Offer consultation and training for teachers and staff regarding mobility, adaptive equipment, and modifications
• Track student progress and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Support students in achieving greater independence and participation in school activities
