Job Description
A part-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) opportunity is available in Idaho Springs, CO, supporting students from PreK through 12th grade across four schools. This contract position offers 10-12 hours per week over four days, beginning ASAP through the end of the school year and continuing into the 2026-2027 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of 12-15 students spread across four schools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs.
- Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with families and school staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado PTA or PT license is required.
- Experience working in school or healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a small caseload efficiently across multiple school locations.
Location: Idaho Springs, Colorado services will be provided across four school settings within the community.
