A school-based position is available in Idaho Falls, ID, offering an excellent opportunity to provide physical therapy services within an educational setting on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy interventions to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student development and mobility
- Assess and monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials valid in Idaho
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
- Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize caseload effectively
