Job Description

Empower middle school students to achieve their movement and learning goals in this rewarding contract opportunity. As a dedicated Physical Therapist, you'll work closely with students, educators, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, supporting a positive and accessible school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued

  • Ability to manage a caseload and document progress efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct physical therapy services to middle school students based on IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse needs within a vibrant school setting

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent and engaging work schedule while making a difference in the lives of students near Enfield, CT.
