Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist (OH PT) license required
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based physical therapy (preferred)

• Ability to work flexibly across multiple campus locations (itinerant position)
• Willingness to complete all required credentialing, including fingerprints and background clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, in alignment with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Travel between multiple assigned schools as part of your weekly routine (mileage reimbursement available)
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, educational staff, and families
• Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and participate in the special education process as required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school district and state guidelines
• Participate in the contract review process and relevant board meetings as needed
