Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students motor needs and provide appropriate physical therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student access and participation in educational activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Offer training and resources to school staff and families to facilitate student progress
- Monitor and report on student progress, making recommendations for ongoing support

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
