Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state PT license (or eligibility to obtain in Montana)
• Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate well with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting students with diverse physical needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to determine students motor skill status and therapy requirements
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
• Deliver direct services, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families concerning strategies and equipment to support mobility and access
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings by providing expertise and recommendations
• Help create an encouraging, accessible environment for students to achieve their academic and developmental goals
