What Were Seeking:

• Current, valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educational staff, families, and other therapists
• Ability to evaluate and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
• Organizational skills for managing documentation, scheduling, and IEP participation
• Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse student abilities and changing school requirements

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop actionable therapy plans for students with varying physical abilities
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy in accordance with each students IEP
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to team meetings as required
• Support the overall educational mission by empowering students to achieve increased independence
