Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Willingness to obtain any additional required MA educational certifications
• Experience working with children or adolescents in school environments preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptable and organized, with the ability to tailor therapy plans to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized PT plans for students
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other service providers
• Deliver direct PT services to students onsite, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to support student success
