Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
- Willingness to obtain any additional required MA educational certifications
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school environments preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to tailor therapy plans to student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized PT plans for students
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other service providers
- Deliver direct PT services to students onsite, monitoring their progress and making adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions to support student success
