Step into an impactful opportunity supporting K12 students as a school-based Physical Therapist for a 19-week maternity coverage contract. This onsite position is located near Hastings, FL, and spans from August 4, 2026, through December 18, 2026. Youll serve a diverse population of students, collaborating closely with educators and school staff to ensure each child achieves their best possible outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and valid Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in creating engaging, student-centered therapeutic activities
• Adaptability to work with students across kindergarten through 12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based PT services that support student mobility and participation in school activities
• Evaluate, plan, and execute treatment programs tailored to each student's needs
• Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Assist with IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for service planning
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment to help students maximize their independence
