What You'll Need:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License (IL PT)
• School-based experience is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in supporting students with a wide range of disabilities
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy interventions to a caseload of 10-20 students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment goals
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
• Assess students needs using a variety of evaluation tools, and adapt strategies as needed to support academic and functional success
• Deliver compassionate, student-centered care while promoting a positive and inclusive school environment
