Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students physical therapy needs
- Create and deliver individualized treatment plans targeting strength, mobility, and gross motor skills
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to support each students educational goals
- Document and track progress, adapting interventions as needed
- Engage in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for students under your care
- Offer resources, training, and support to staff and families regarding therapy strategies and exercises
