The role centers around a single campus near Greenwood, IN, serving a manageable caseload of just nine students. Services are provided onsite, requiring your presence only one day per week for a total of 7 hours.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Indiana
• Previous experience in school-based settings is beneficial, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation within the educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite physical therapy interventions and develop individualized plans of care for students with varying needs
• Evaluate students physical capabilities and set measurable, functional goals
• Document all sessions and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and support students educational success
• Work closely with staff and parents to promote carryover of skills in classroom and home settings
