Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and comprehensive assessments for students referred for physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions in accordance with each student's IEP
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other related service providers to ensure integrated care
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, supporting mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies and exercises to reinforce therapy goals at school and home
