Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create and implement effective, student-centered therapy plans
• Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and other clinicians
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Role responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
• Deliver therapy services according to students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and reports
• Collaborate with educators and families to maximize students learning and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
• Offer support and guidance for developing classroom modifications or adaptive equipment as needed
