Key Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Valid Michigan Physical Therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Passion for helping students reach their full physical potential

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing evaluations, interventions, and recommendations tailored to individual student needs
• Developing and tracking individualized treatment plans and documentation in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborating closely with teachers, related service providers, and staff to integrate therapy into students school routines
• Participating in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent communications
• Educating staff and families about physical therapy strategies and accommodations to support student success
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to all federal and state regulations
