Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Texas Physical Therapist license
- Experience in school-based physical therapy is welcomed, though not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident working independently with a small caseload
- Demonstrated skill in teamwork and consultation with educational professionals
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students presenting with motor, mobility, or functional needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute expertise during IEP (Individualized Education Program) development
- Provide consultative support to educators and families to ensure student success
