Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Arizona physical therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet individual student needs
• Organized, flexible, and able to manage a diverse caseload

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services and maintain records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to assessments and goal development
• Educate staff and caregivers on student strategies for accessibility and participation
• Foster an inclusive environment that promotes student independence and mobility
