Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid and current AZ physical therapist license
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt assessment and intervention techniques for different age groups and developmental levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, colleagues, and caregivers
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine student needs and appropriate therapy goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, adapting as students progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and share professional insight to support team decisions
• Offer consultative guidance to educational staff, promoting safe and accessible learning spaces
