This onsite position, conveniently located near Glendale, AZ, runs from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027 (dates subject to change). Youll work with a diverse caseload within a supportive school district that values dedicated professionals with prior experience in educational settings.

What Youll Bring:

• Active state licensure for physical therapy
• Valid IVP FP Card
• Prior experience working in school settings, ideally with knowledge of PreK-8 developmental needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and other specialists
• Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse student abilities and progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services tailored to the needs of PreK-8th grade students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and school staff to integrate therapy into students daily routines
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district standards
• Engage families in the therapy process and provide resources to support students at home
