This contract, part-time role runs through the end of the 20262027 school year and offers an immediate start. Enjoy a flexible schedule of 810 hours per week, including paid administrative time and participation in team meetings. Ideal for travel professionals seeking a dynamic position, youll split your time between one to two school locations near the Gilbert, SC area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in alignment with their IEP goals and individual needs.
- Conduct thorough evaluations, monitor student progress, and maintain clear, timely documentation.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and support staff.
- Complete essential administrative tasks and student planning within designated paid hours.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Holds a current Physical Therapy (PT) license for the state, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to starting.
- Graduation from an accredited program with a Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting.
