Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Active Arizona physical therapist license
• School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of age groups and needs
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and other support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students motor development and therapy needs
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals and educational settings
• Provide direct therapy services to students in compliance with district and state standards
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families to integrate therapeutic activities into the classroom and at home
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal student outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team sessions
