Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Arizona physical therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable in working with diverse student populations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support each students academic and physical goals
• Deliver direct physical therapy services tailored to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with education and therapy standards
• Educate staff and families about therapeutic approaches, techniques, and equipment use
• Contribute expertise to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as necessary
• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions as required
