Youll work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to provide individualized therapy, create supportive learning environments, and help students achieve their fullest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Arizona physical therapist license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse student populations
• Organizational and documentation proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop tailored physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate therapy into students' educational plans
• Deliver therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Maintain accurate records of progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to support student success
• Provide training and guidance to educational staff for therapy integration and student support
• Stay current with best practices and state regulations related to school-based therapy
