Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Prior experience working in a school setting highly desirable
• Previous work with special education (SPED) populations preferred
• Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
• Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 15 hours per week)
• Passion for working with young children and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized physical therapy interventions for PreK students
• Collaborate with special education teams to support student goals and IEP implementation
• Develop and adapt therapy activities to enhance students physical abilities and participation within the school environment
• Communicate progress and recommendations effectively with families and school staff
• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to all state and district guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
