A part-time physical therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year to support a small onsite caseload in a K-12 educational setting near Franklin, GA. This itinerant role is designed to provide specialized support to students across all grade levels in a virtual environment, offering flexibility and the opportunity to impact childrens developmental progress throughout the full school year.
Key responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services to students with diverse needs, collaborating with educators and family members, and conducting evaluations and treatments tailored to each students goals. The role requires adaptability to virtual service delivery methods while maintaining high standards of care and compliance with educational regulations.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist license
- Relevant school credentials applicable to K-12 settings
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and telehealth practices
