Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas Physical Therapist License
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus, though not required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working independently and handling a small group of approximately 8 students
• Skilled in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, special educators, and family members

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy interventions to students with unique mobility or motor needs
• Conduct detailed evaluations and participate in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource for staff and families through consultative support and guidance
• Partner with educators and other specialists to ensure integrated service delivery
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation consistent with legal and school district standards
