Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist in a school-based setting near Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This full-time assignment spans the academic yearfrom August 13, 2026, through May 21, 2027serving students Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm (35 hours weekly).

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Capable of delivering treatment services and conducting thorough student evaluations
- Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), writing Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs), and progress monitoring
- Familiarity with classroom equipment relevant to physical therapy
- Competence in supervising at least one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Training in TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) for PreK assessments considered a plus
- Must be available for onsite work; remote arrangements are not offered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct evaluations to determine students physical therapy needs
- Draft progress reports and maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation
- Supervise and support a PTA within the educational setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
- Utilize and manage adaptive classroom equipment as needed
