Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Current and valid Michigan physical therapist license
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families

• Resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students requiring physical therapy services
• Work closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to set and monitor goals
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy interventions in classroom and therapy settings
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide staff education on mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to help students achieve their fullest potential
