Take your physical therapy expertise to the next level by supporting students growth and achievement within a dynamic school environment near Fayetteville, NC. This contract opportunity spans both the extended school year (ESY) and the traditional academic year, serving students across multiple campuses and grade levels. As a valued member of a collaborative PT/PTA team, youll make a direct impact on the well-being and academic progress of students, traveling between buildings with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Prior involvement with early intervention and familiarity with TPBA (Transdisciplinary Play-Based Assessment) is a plus
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance for Pre-K student interaction (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students in partnership with the PT/PTA team
• Travel between schoolsassignments clustered as closely as possible for efficiency
• Conduct PreK evaluations if certified or assist team as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to optimize therapy outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school district requirements
• Develop and implement treatment plans to promote students motor development and participation in educational activities
