Work closely with a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing therapeutic care and support that enables young learners to reach their fullest potential.
This full-time role consists of 40 hours spread across five days each week, offering the chance to collaborate with caring educators and families in a dynamic school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Physical Therapy (PT) licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Dedication to supporting preschool-aged students development and independence
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and responsible patient care
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for preschool students
- Deliver direct physical therapy sessions tailored to each childs unique needs
- Maintain organized and accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents to monitor progress and adapt interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team approaches
